Ingredients

  • Ground beef (250g)
  • Seedless hamburger buns (2)
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Melted cheddar cheese (4 slices)
  • Bister Andalouse sauce

Preparation

  1. Knead the ground beef, divide it into two balls, and cut the hamburger buns in half.
  2. Heat a pan and toast the hamburger buns. Set them aside.
  3. Pour some olive oil into a pan.
  4. Flatten the meatballs to form hamburgers, season with pepper and salt, and cook them in the pan.
  5. Flip the burgers after a few minutes.
  6. Then, add two slices of melted cheddar cheese and place a lid on the pan.
  7. Arrange the burgers on the bottom half of the hamburger buns, add some Bister Andalouse sauce, and place the top half of the bun over them.
  8. Serve with fries and ice-cold water!
