Ingredients
- Ground beef (250g)
- Seedless hamburger buns (2)
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- Melted cheddar cheese (4 slices)
- Bister Andalouse sauce
Preparation
- Knead the ground beef, divide it into two balls, and cut the hamburger buns in half.
- Heat a pan and toast the hamburger buns. Set them aside.
- Pour some olive oil into a pan.
- Flatten the meatballs to form hamburgers, season with pepper and salt, and cook them in the pan.
- Flip the burgers after a few minutes.
- Then, add two slices of melted cheddar cheese and place a lid on the pan.
- Arrange the burgers on the bottom half of the hamburger buns, add some Bister Andalouse sauce, and place the top half of the bun over them.
- Serve with fries and ice-cold water!
