Ingredients

Serves 4 | 15 min cooking time

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine or cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Bister wholegrain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional for a touch of sweetness)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Place the wholegrain mustard, vinegar and honey in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together while slowly adding the olive oil to create an emulsion.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning with more mustard, honey or vinegar if necessary.
  4. Use the dressing immediately on salads or as a marinade for meat.
