Ingredients
Serves 4 | 15 min cooking time
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine or cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Bister wholegrain mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional for a touch of sweetness)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Place the wholegrain mustard, vinegar and honey in a small bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients together while slowly adding the olive oil to create an emulsion.
- Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning with more mustard, honey or vinegar if necessary.
- Use the dressing immediately on salads or as a marinade for meat.
