HONEY MUSTARD

A match made in heaven! The carefully measured percentage of honey (5%) gives this traditional mustard an incomparable mellowness and tangy freshness, enhanced by its coarsely crushed seeds.

Characteristics: a grainy texture, mild taste and a gentle sweet flavour to delight young and old alike! Pleasant and melt-in-your-mouth without ever being overwhelming, it loses none of its spicy character.

Best enjoyed with: slightly bitter dishes (chicory or radicchio, for example) or cheese-based dishes. Also ideal for making sauces, marinades and dressings, or as a base for your savoury tart!
