Ingredients
- Frankfurt sausages (8)
- Demi-baguettes (4)
- Cheese (Flandrien, 8 slices)
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to the grill position.
- Remove the crust from the cheese.
- Place the sausages with their juice in a saucepan. Place the saucepan over low heat and heat the sausages.
- Take the demi-baguettes and cut them in half, but not completely. Place the sausages inside and add a few slices of cheese.
- Place the rolls under the grill until the cheese is melted.
- Finish the hot dogs with ketchup, Bister mayonnaise with Eggs, and/or Bister Impériale mustard.
