EXTRA-STRONG MUSTARD

Does the name frighten you? Don’t panic! Extra-strong does not mean you’re in for a rough time—quite the contrary! The most explosive of our mustards is simply made from mustard seeds selected for their slightly more intense tang. It does cut the mustard, so to say.

Characteristics: a soft, smooth texture and an intense, fine, spicy flavour. In short, it stings a little more than traditional mustard, but that is why we love it.

Best enjoyed with: all kinds of grilled meats that appreciate the instant kick. It will also find its way into hot dogs for the more daring and liven up your sauces and dressings.

Ingredients: Water, MUSTARD seeds, vinegar, sea salt, acidifying agent: citric acid, preservative: potassium metabiSULFITE.
